HYBE announced on 7 August that KATSEYE's Sophia Laforteza is "temporarily unable to participate in upcoming promotional activities" on medical professionals' advice to prioritise her mental health. She is the second member to step back this year; Manon Bannerman has been on hiatus since February. No return timeline is set for either. The six-member group now promotes with four.
