Randall Emmett directs second film in under a month with 'Drifter'

Randall Emmett is directing the action-thriller "Drifter," now filming in Cleveland, Deadline reported on 7 August 2026. Kate Beckinsale, Dermot Mulroney, Robert Knepper and Sticky Fingaz star. Emmett's previous film, "The Gentleman Thief" with John Travolta, was released by Vertical on 28 July 2026. Emmett faced multiple allegations of industry wrongdoing in 2022–2023, which he denied.
