Away and Slack Co-Founders Rubio and Butterfield Separate, With $140M in Property to Divide

Jennifer Rubio, who co-founded luggage brand Away, and Stewart Butterfield, who co-founded Slack, announced their separation on August 5 in a joint Instagram statement. They filed divorce documents in King County Superior Court, Washington state. Their real estate portfolio, valued above $140 million, includes a New Mexico ranch bought from Tom Ford for an estimated $40 million. Neither has said how assets will be divided.
