176 sexual misconduct complaints at Army's teenage recruit college

Ministry of Defence data shows 176 complaints of inappropriate sexual behaviour at the Army Foundation College in Harrogate between January 2018 and June 2025. The college trains all the Army's 16-year-old recruits. North Yorkshire Police told the BBC it received 16 reports of sexual offences linked to the site in the year to June 2025, including alleged exposure, voyeurism and sexual assault.
