Starz raised its monthly fee to $11.99 in June 2026 and still grew its subscriber base that quarter, CEO Jeff Hirsch told analysts on the 7 August Q2 earnings call. A price rise typically pushes churn — meaning customers cancel. The platform, which ended 2025 with 17.6 million subscribers, declined to disclose a new count. Revenue fell 4% year-on-year to $307.9 million.
