Kid Cudi to form new group via SoundCloud contest, with Mad Solar deals for winners

Kid Cudi announced a contest on 6 August: he will upload an original instrumental to SoundCloud on Friday by 6pm Pacific, and unsigned artists will have one week to submit vocal takes.
