Roku reports first results since Fox deal, skips earnings call
Roku posted Q2 2026 diluted EPS of $1.08, up from 7 cents a year earlier, on revenue of $1.35 billion, up 22%, beating Wall Street expectations on both. It was the first report since Roku agreed in June 2026 to be acquired by Fox Corp. for a proposed $22 billion. Citing the pending deal, Roku held no earnings call, reporting via a shareholder letter from CEO Anthony Wood and CFO Dan Jedda. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2027.
