Green Day launches free 24/7 YouTube channel with 100-plus hours of exclusive footage

Green Day has launched Green Day TV, a free 24/7 YouTube channel streaming music videos, live performances and over 100 hours of exclusive footage including unearthed VHS tapes. Original programming includes "Transmission Unknown," a weekly variety show hosted by drummer Tré Cool spotlighting emerging artists. The channel was live at launch with footage of the band's 1994 gig at Washington D.C.'s 9:30 Club, per Rolling Stone.
