Judge Rules Lindsey Buckingham's Alleged Stalker Incompetent for Trial, Orders Psychiatric Transfer

A Los Angeles judge ruled Michelle Dick, 55, incompetent to stand trial on charges of stalking and assaulting Fleetwood Mac guitarist Lindsey Buckingham. Judge Robert S. Harrison ordered Dick transferred to a psychiatric facility after a court-appointed doctor's report. An August 27 hearing will decide whether the case resumes or enters mental health diversion.
