V&A deputy director Tim Reeve appointed chief executive of English Heritage

English Heritage announced on 4 August 2026 that Tim Reeve CBE, deputy director and chief operating officer of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, will become its chief executive. He succeeds interim chief executive Geoff Parkin, in post since July 2025. English Heritage manages over 400 historic sites across England, including Stonehenge and Hadrian's Wall. No start date has been given.
