Disney Channel and Disney+ develop 'Lala IRL,' a scripted comedy starring TikTok's Lala Sadii

Disney Channel and Disney+ are developing "Lala IRL," a live-action scripted comedy based on TikTok creator Lala Sadii, who has 25 million followers and 1.7 billion likes on the platform. Sadii will star in and executive produce. Peter Paige writes and directs; Endemol Shine North America produces. The series is in development with no premiere date, per Variety and Deadline.
