French designer Thierry Colson dies at 62

French fashion designer Thierry Colson has died at 62. His death was announced via his brand's Instagram account; no cause was disclosed. Born in 1961, Colson graduated from Studio Berçot in Paris and later taught there. He founded his namesake women's ready-to-wear label in 2005, pairing Parisian design with handcrafted Indian textiles. He also consulted for Chloé, Jil Sander and Lacoste.
