More Baldur's Gate 3 players chose to kill Alfira than were forced to by the story

Larian's third-anniversary Baldur's Gate 3 statistics, released 6 August 2026, show 2.62 million total kills of the NPC Alfira. Under the Dark Urge story path, Alfira dies automatically in her sleep — yet more players not on that path killed her than players who were. Those players made the choice themselves, every time.
