Excel Entertainment boards its first Malayalam film, 'Half', for Hindi distribution across North India

Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment has boarded the Malayalam vampire thriller 'Half' to present and distribute it in Hindi across North India, in association with AA Films (Variety, 6 August 2026). The deal is Excel's first release from the Malayalam-language industry. 'Half', produced by Fragrant Nature Film Creations, was also selected for TIFF's Midnight Madness programme.
