Locarno Honours Producer Sighvatsson with Rezzonico Award on 6 August

The 79th Locarno Film Festival presents its Raimondo Rezzonico Award to Iceland-born producer Sigurjón Sighvatsson on the Piazza Grande, 6 August. The tribute, titled "Always on the Edge," spans a career from co-founding Propaganda Films in 1986 — which produced roughly a third of all US music videos at its peak — to producing Twin Peaks, Wild at Heart and Beverly Hills, 90210. Locarno will screen Wild at Heart and Zidane: A 21st Century Portrait as part of the tribute.
