Warner Music Group CFO and COO Armin Zerza exits; Tom Corson named group COO

Warner Music Group CFO and COO Armin Zerza unexpectedly departed the company, CEO Robert Kyncl confirmed on an August 5, 2026 earnings call. Chief accounting officer Louis Dickler was named acting CFO. Warner Records co-chairman Tom Corson was elevated to COO of the entire group. Kyncl thanked Zerza for his contributions to capital allocation, forecasting and investor messaging.
