Ryan Murphy's 'The Shards' premieres August 5 on FX with two episodes

Ryan Murphy's FX series The Shards, adapting Bret Easton Ellis's loosely autobiographical novel, premieres August 5 with back-to-back episodes at 9 p.m. PT/ET. The nine-episode first season then airs weekly on Wednesdays. Episodes also stream simultaneously on Hulu and Disney+. The Hollywood Reporter confirmed the schedule.
