Paramount+ Bets on Kidman, Hathaway and Silverstone as Sheridan Exit Looms

Paramount+ has commissioned star-driven, female-focused dramas — A24's legal thriller "Discretion" with Nicole Kidman and Elle Fanning, true-crime limited series "Fear Not" with Anne Hathaway, and a "Clueless" sequel with Alicia Silverstone — as Taylor Sheridan prepares to leave the streamer in a few years. New originals are not likely to debut until early 2027. The streamer reported over 81 million subscribers, trailing Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max.
