BET+ shutdown sends Martin spinoff The Varnell Hill Show to Paramount+

The Varnell Hill Show, an eight-episode Martin spinoff starring Tommy Davidson, was ordered by BET+ but lands on Paramount+ after BET+ was phased out and its slate migrated to the larger platform. The half-hour multi-camera comedy from BET Studios premieres 1 September with two episodes, then drops weekly through 13 October. Martin Lawrence executive produces and recurs.
