Weezer announces 2026–2027 tour across North America, Japan and Europe

Weezer announced a 2026–2027 international tour on Aug. 5, Billboard reports. The run opens Sept. 8 in Sacramento, hits Japan in February, then Ireland through Sweden, closing June 1 in Helsinki. The Shins and Silversun Pickups support 32 Live Nation-promoted North American shows; Taking Back Sunday open overseas. Album "Weezer: The Gathering" lands Aug. 21 on Reprise/Warner.
