Disney and TikTok struck a global content-sharing deal letting creators make clips from Disney's IP library. Fan-made videos will appear in Disney+'s Verts short-form feed. The bidirectional setup separates it from Netflix, HBO Max, and Prime Video, whose vertical video feeds lack licensed IP access for creators. A U.S. pilot begins in coming months.
