Raven Chapman out of induced coma after emergency brain surgery

British featherweight Raven Chapman, 32, has been brought out of a medically induced coma after emergency surgery for a brain haematoma and cerebral oedema. Her management company, Vote Boxing, said she collapsed after a sparring session in Denmark on 24 July and was airlifted to hospital. She is awaiting medically supervised transfer to a UK hospital. A GoFundMe page has been launched.
