Hyderabad pavilion built from construction waste is designed to be fully dismantled

Kanan Modi Associates, a Hyderabad-based studio, designed the Reclaimed Pavilion — a 1,500-square-metre events space in Hyderabad, India — using salvaged construction-site materials. Founder Kanan Modi told Dezeen that every component has a predetermined afterlife: scaffolding returns to construction, metal sheets are reused, and earth blocks go back into the ground as fill. Jayabheri Group commissioned it.
