Arctic passes US tariff refunds to customers through price cuts; Nintendo says it won't

PC cooling maker Arctic is cutting prices across its entire US line-up after receiving tariff refunds following the US Supreme Court's February ruling that import tariffs were unconstitutional. Arctic says cuts stay until every refunded dollar reaches customers. Nintendo, which separately sued over the tariffs, says it has no obligation to pass refunds on.
