Parker free to box again, but Ukad can still open its own investigation
The BBBoC has lifted Joseph Parker's provisional suspension after a positive Vada cocaine test, clearing the former WBO heavyweight champion (36-4) to fight again. But Ukad, which did not oversee the original test, can still conduct its own investigation. Vada operates outside Britain's official anti-doping framework — a positive there triggers a board suspension, while Ukad alone can set formal sanctions.
