Ninth SA Health staff member under investigation over Tony Modra medical records

SA Health has confirmed a ninth staff member is under investigation for allegedly accessing AFL legend Tony Modra's private medical records without authorisation. An audit identified the additional employee, expanding a probe that began in July 2026. Modra was seriously injured in a truck crash near Victor Harbor in June and underwent facial surgery. SA Health has previously apologised to Modra's family.
