The four-part Wizards Beyond Waverly Place finale began rolling out on Disney Channel on 4 August and on Disney+ the next day. Per Deadline, the finale reveals Mason Greyback is dead; he and Harper Finkle guide Alex Russo back to her family from a limbo state. Gregg Sulkin reprised the role across the spinoff's three-season run.
