Premier's brother admits factional work on taxpayer time at ICAC

Jean-Claude Perrottet, 29, told ICAC he did factional recruitment during office hours while a taxpayer-funded staffer in 2018–19. The Reformers group he joined stacked rival branches with sign-ups to sway preselections — the internal party votes deciding who runs for parliament. ICAC is now testing whether donations behind that effort were properly declared.
