Oil Drops 4% as Iran Rejects Hormuz Deal Talk

Oil fell 4% to $83.51 a barrel after Trump said parameters to reopen the Strait of Hormuz were met. Iran's foreign ministry denied any talks within 24 hours. Spokesman Baghaei said full reopening was unlikely if sticking points remained. The strait carries roughly a fifth of global oil supply.
