Jordan FA chief Prince Ali accuses FIFA of "blackmail" over Infantino re-election bid

Prince Ali bin Al Hussein, president of the Jordan Football Association, accused FIFA of "blackmail" in a statement on X on 4 August. He alleged FIFA threatened to withhold financial assistance from Jordan unless the federation backed Gianni Infantino's bid for a fourth term as president. The election is scheduled for March.
