Ipswich have signed Portuguese defensive midfielder Florentino Luis from Burnley on a five-year deal for an initial £16m, Reuters reports. BBC Sport says Hull City also wanted the 26-year-old, whose loan from Benfica was made permanent in June for a reported £20.8m — leaving Burnley with a quickfire loss.
