Netflix begins production on 'This Summer Will Be Different' on Prince Edward Island

Netflix has started production on 'This Summer Will Be Different,' a 10-episode romance adapted from Carley Fortune's novel. Sophie Nélisse leads as Lucy, with Francesca Reale and Roby Attal. Six recurring cast members — Jordan Rodrigues, Jude Wilson, Natalie Brown, James Tupper, Tom Barnett and Cecilia Owen — have joined. Filming takes place on Prince Edward Island and in Toronto.
