Jorgensen agrees season-long loan from Chelsea to Strasbourg

Filip Jorgensen has agreed to join Strasbourg on a season-long loan after failing to dislodge Robert Sanchez as Chelsea's starting goalkeeper. The 24-year-old Danish international gave his approval after Strasbourg manager Hugo Oliveira targeted him as a ball-playing keeper. Jorgensen joined Chelsea from Villarreal in summer 2025 and featured regularly in domestic cups, but league minutes proved scarce.
