Rotterdam's Hubert Bals Fund expands development grants to 20 projects for 2026

The Hubert Bals Fund, IFFR's film-financing arm, has selected 20 projects for development grants of €10,000 ($11,515) each under its Development Support Scheme 2026, up from 15 in 2025 — a one-third increase, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Recipients include Nelson Carlo de los Santos Arias (Pepe) and Lkhagvadulam Purev-Ochir (City of Wind).
