Newcastle sign Fiji hooker Togiatama on one-year deal from Fijian Drua

Newcastle Red Bulls have signed Fiji hooker Zuriel Togiatama, 27, on a one-year deal from Super Rugby side Fijian Drua. Head coach Dan McFarland called him "strong in the set-piece" with "work rate and physicality." The short contract lets McFarland judge whether the 14-cap forward can handle English conditions before committing longer.
