Leaked Microsoft document outlines plan to bring Xbox 360 games to PC by 2027
A leaked document sent to developers and viewed by The Verge outlines Microsoft's plan to let studios toggle backwards compatibility on for Xbox 360 titles, making them playable on "Xbox PCs" — including handhelds like the ROG Xbox Ally. Developers can set prices and opt into Game Pass. Rollout is gradual, between 2027 and 2028, across next-gen devices.
