Bengali star Parno Mittra launches producing career with 'The Music Teacher,' now filming in Kolkata

Bengali actor Parno Mittra makes her producing debut with 'The Music Teacher,' a British-Indian short now filming in Kolkata, Variety reports (4 August 2026). Mittra produces through Unscripted Co, a banner she launched with the project. Tabernacle Street Films (U.K.) co-produces. Raima Sen stars; Shrimoyee Chakraborty writes and directs. Editor Aarti Bajaj joins as co-producer.
