Game Freak released "Beast of Reincarnation" on August 3, 2026, for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows. The post-apocalyptic action RPG, with Souls-like combat and a mutant-power-absorption mechanic, launched at $59.99 — $10 below the current-gen AAA standard. It is the studio's first major non-Pokémon title, and the first to appear outside Nintendo's ecosystem.
