TF1 puts Studio TF1 up for sale, valued at around 400 million euros

TF1 has put its production arm Studio TF1 on the market and hired investment bank Rothschild to oversee an early-stage sale process, Reuters first reported, citing a source valuing the business at around 400 million euros. The group spans 50-plus labels across 12 territories and produced 3,750 hours in 2025. TF1 declined to comment.
