Chuya Koyama's Space Brothers Vol. 46 — the concluding installment of a manga serialised since 2008 in Morning magazine — debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Japan Book Hot 100 released July 30, for the July 20–26 tracking period. Billboard Japan called the result a "three-crown" finish, topping multiple book rankings at once. Oricon's separate manga ranking also listed it at No. 1, selling an estimated 138,012 copies. The Apothecary Diaries Vol. 17 placed No. 2; Medalist Vol. 15 took No. 3.
