Hulu develops 'The Poison Daughter' series with 20th Television

Hulu is developing a drama series based on Sheila Masterson's romantasy novel 'The Poison Daughter,' with 20th Television as studio and Masterson executive producing. No writer is attached. The novel, self-published in October 2025, sold over 250,000 copies and made the USA Today Bestseller list three times.
