WMG CFO and COO Armin Zerza exits effective immediately, two months after role expansion

Warner Music Group announced on July 31 that Armin Zerza left his dual CFO and COO role effective immediately, citing personal reasons. The exit came roughly two months after WMG added the COO title to his CFO duties. Lou Dickler stepped up as acting CFO; Tom Corson was promoted to COO of the group.
