Warner Music Group CFO and COO Armin Zerza Exits; Dickler and Corson Named Replacements

Warner Music Group's CFO and COO Armin Zerza stepped down effective immediately on July 31 for personal reasons, Reuters reported. Chief accounting officer Louis Dickler was named acting CFO. Warner Records co-chairman and COO Tom Corson was appointed COO of Warner Music Group in addition to his label role, Billboard confirmed. Full earnings follow on Aug. 5.
