Mauricio Pochettino has signed a new four-year contract as U.S. men's head coach through the 2030 World Cup. The agreement widens his role to advise on the full national team pathway, youth soccer, coaching education, professional league collaboration, and other technical areas. Most international managers pick the squad and run the camp. Pochettino will also shape the structures beneath it.
