Live Nation to build South America's largest indoor arena in São Paulo

Live Nation and São Paulo developer Cidade Center Norte will build a 21,000-capacity indoor arena, billed as South America's largest purpose-built live entertainment venue. Construction starts in the second half of 2026; opening is scheduled for 2028. Oxford Economics projects USD $311.2 million in total annual economic impact by year five, supporting around 1,800 jobs.
