Federal judge pauses Drake stream-manipulation lawsuit, sends plaintiffs to arbitration

US District Judge Leonie Brinkema stayed a proposed class action on 30 July 2026, ordering eight Stake.us users to arbitrate individually before proceeding. The December 2025 suit alleges gambling losses funded bots inflating Drake's streams; plaintiffs seek at least $5 million. Drake has not been served or publicly addressed the claims. Four prior Stake suits met the same outcome.
