Massive Attack say Singapore police detained, questioned and searched them after Palestinian flag display

Massive Attack said Singapore police detained the entire group, isolated and separately questioned members, searched hotel rooms and temporarily confiscated passports after two members unfurled a Palestinian flag at their July 29 Star Theatre concert. The band's August 2 Instagram statement, reported by Pitchfork, said the chants were "organically led" by the audience. Authorities issued stern warnings and barred re-entry.
