Graham wins silver after UCI format change turns pursuit into solo time trial

Fin Graham took silver in the men's C1-C3 3km individual pursuit at the Para-Cycling Track World Championships, behind fellow Briton Matt Robertson. The race ran as a solo time trial, not the head-to-head pursuit Graham trained for. He called the format change, decided at the start of the week, confusing and frustrating. A long-standing UCI policy dictates the time-trial format for combined-classification events.
