Mile world record holder Kerr tells Scottish youth: 'There is absolutely nothing stopping' them

Josh Kerr, 28, won Commonwealth Games mile gold in Glasgow before telling BBC Sport Scotland: "There is absolutely nothing stopping any of them going out and doing what I've just done."
