Prince Andrew to give evidence in December criminal proceedings as alleged victim

Prince Andrew is expected to give evidence via video link in December in criminal proceedings after a man allegedly threatened him while he was walking his dogs near Sandringham. Andrew is the alleged victim and a witness — not a defendant. Buckingham Palace has not commented publicly on the proceedings. The case was reported on 1 August 2026.
